Enable cross-updates for customer pre-pricing

You must have the Label/Tag Printing Add-on Module and the Customer Pre-Pricing Add-on Module to use this article.

You can choose if items included in the pre-pricing group will be cross-updated with open sales and master orders. If you open a sales order and click Show Tag Info, you'll notice Customer SKU, Customer UPC, and Customer Price columns. When the Cross Update feature is on, any changes the these fields made in the sales order will automatically update the list created in the Customer Pre-Pricing module. This also works if you were to make a change on the Pre-Pricing module, the sales order data would be automatically updated.

Example Scenario: A customer calls to review a pending order with you. The customer points out that a customer price they provided you needs to be changed. You can pull up the order and quickly change the customer price on the order and have this automatically update the list maintained in the Customer Pre-Pricing Module.

  1. Navigate to sales section icon Sales, then customer pre-pricing icon Customer Pre-Pricing.
  2. Click on pre-pricing configuration icon Program Config in the taskbar.
  3. Toggle the button to green at the top of the popup window to enable cross-updating.
